download 5 installation file first.

1) direct install

2) disk1

3) disk 2

4) disk 3

5) disk 4

put this fil into 1 folder then install use direct install.

after the software install complete then open NCTVer110software. this software only support for windows 98 & me. windows 2000 i never tested.

you need to download the old program from plc. in the top menu goto comm then upload to computer. after the download complete then you can open it.

top left windows is acceleration and deceleration parameter setting. top right windows is motor speed parameter. bottom right windows is edit sequence.In the table 0 and z row  (-2286) is position for 1st pitch. the problem come from here, make sure this data not empty. If using touch screen panel you need to enter the position then download. To verify the data is correct you need to upload back from nct software(refer top screen). If the motor still problem check the motor speed at the top right windows and accel & decel. After you changing from nct software you need to download. from the menu goto comm->download. then write to flash memory, from the menu comm->write flash memory.
